The pressure range of the high-pressure air pump is adapted to the application scenarios

First, pressure range

The pressure range of high-pressure air pumps is typically between 0.5bar and 90Mpa (approximately 7.25psi to 13050psi), depending on the equipment model and design purpose.

Medium and low pressure range (0.5-10bar) : Suitable for general inflation needs, such as car tires, sports equipment, inflatable mattresses, etc.

High-pressure range (10-100bar) : Suitable for scenarios requiring higher air pressure, such as motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, and high-pressure gas cylinder filling, etc.

Ultra-high pressure range (100-90Mpa) : Suitable for scenarios with extremely high requirements for air pressure, such as industrial inspection, aerospace component testing, and safety valve calibration.

Second, application scenario adaptation

Inflate the tires of cars and motorcycles

Adaptation pressure range: 35-50psi (approximately 2.4-3.4bar) for automotive tires, 40-50psi for motorcycle tires.

Demand features: fast inflation, portability, and air pressure accuracy.

Inflation of sports equipment

The applicable pressure range: Sports equipment such as basketballs and footballs usually require 8-12psi (approximately 0.55-0.83bar), while road bicycle tires may need 80-120psi (approximately 5.5-8.3bar).

Demand features: Efficient inflation, adjustable air pressure, portability.

Inflating outdoor activity equipment

Adaptation pressure range: Equipment such as inflatable sleeping pads and inflatable boats typically require 2-10psi (approximately 0.14-0.69bar).

Demand features: portability, quick inflation, durability.

Industrial inspection and testing

Adaptation pressure range: Static/dynamic testing of products such as pipe fittings, valves, and pressure vessels typically requires 50-300bar, while testing of aerospace components may need even higher pressure.

Demand features: High-precision air pressure control, stability, and safety.

Calibration of safety valves and detection of air pressure regulators

Adaptation pressure range: Usually 10-100bar is required, depending on the calibration standard.

Demand features: high precision, adjustable pressure, and data recording function.

Gas pressurization and filling

The applicable pressure range: Scenarios such as inverted gas cylinder filling, airbag filling, high-pressure gas cylinder or reactor filling usually require 50-90Mpa.

Demand features: high pressure output, safety, medium compatibility (such as support for hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, etc.).

Special industrial applications

The applicable pressure range: Scenarios such as the commissioning of oil and gas well gas injection systems and supercritical extraction may require ultra-high pressure (such as 90Mpa).

Demand characteristics: Corrosion resistance, high/low temperature adaptability, long-term stability.
